Each Property (In our case Hostel/PG/Flat or any other form of student accommodation on our site) will be online for a set duration for say 1 year and if the agreement expires or is renewed then only any modification in the presence of the listing shall be approved by Homversity.com.
The associated and responsible accommodation partner shall be informed and will be involved in the process for the same.
